Full Guest House Rules

  • NO SMOKING - Please do not Smoke or Vape anything, anywhere inside the building. You can smoke in the Balcony, with the door closed, or if you do not have a Balcony, in the Garden.
  • Garbage Collection - Please ensure that you take out the correct garbage on the correct day and leave it in-front of the Guesthouse, on the pavement. There is a detailed diagram behind the door, should you like them in another language you can visit https://www.wastecollection.mt... Please note there are hefty fines if you are caught taking out the wrong rubbish on the wrong day and we will not be held responsible for any fines you may get. We will take care of any plastic and glass bottles for you.
  • Noise - Please be considerate of our neighbors and try to keep the noise level to an acceptable level.
  • Parties - Parties that involve heavy drinking and loud music are not aloud!! We don't mind if you have a chill glass of wine, beer or J in the garden.
  • Towels - Please do not use the room towels for the beach, if you request beach towels we will provide.
  • Breakages - If something breaks or is not working please inform us immediately so that we remove any danger.
  • Air-conditioning - Please switch off the Air- Conditioner before you leave the apartment. It is also recommended that you keep it at 23 Degrees Celsius in summer and 27 Degrees Celsius in Winter, this is a comfortable temperature for inside and allows the AC system to work most efficiently.
